From Walvis Bay to Plumtree vehicles are put on a carrier
Cargo must be driveable with fully operative brakes and steering and enough fuel to enable unit to be driven on/off vessels at both port of load and port of discharge.
If destination is Harare or Bulawayo it must have enough fuel to arrival at destination.
If cargo requires towing on board, cargo must have a suitable tow-bar / hitch.
Cargo must be marked with name of consignee, cargo description & ID and destination.
Subject vessel, sailing schedule, space and equipment availability Except by prior arrangement, documents will only be released against cleared funds.
Rates exclude marine insurance, export customs and charges at destination.
Price is based on weight and dimensions shown, should these alter price will be subject to amendment
Cargo will be measured upon receipt at PORT these measurements will be used for freighting

We clear anything from clothes, shoes, electricals, food items, etc. We can calculate the Customs duties and VAT applicable before you ship. Regarding items that were bought a long time ago, South African Revenue Services (SARS) says:
We clear Personal and Household effects, whether they are new or used. The client must provide an inventory list of all the items concerned. It is preferable for client to have invoices for all new items. Some items may have been bought a long time ago thus no invoices, client may provide a sworn affidavit here in South Africa, stating the approximate values of the said items. This is a plan we do for all clients for the new items with no invoices, should SARS query these. We try by all means to assist our clients and we always succeed.

Don’t be alarmed it is very rare for parcels to go missing or get damaged but you can never say never. We do take due diligence when handling your cargo when it is with us but we need you to please understand that we also use third parties whom we have no control over. We, however, offer insurance on new goods only which have an invoice @ 10% of the value per shipment (non-refundable). Please advise us and send the invoice if you need insurance included in your charges.
Maximum weight per each box is 30kg. The courier charges £30 penalty for any box over 30 kgs. If in doubt use two boxes or more. PACK IN BOXES ONLY if we are collecting by courier. But if you are dropping off at our offices you can pack in bags or suitcases. Some expensive items including wedding gowns may attract extra charge. Remove price tags, price list, invoices/receipts.
Parcels leave every Friday from our warehouse in Leicester. We deliver to all towns/cities in Zimbabwe Allow 7-10 working days from the Friday of the week that your parcel leaves. Parcels with deadline dates like weddings, school opening etc must be sent even earlier. This is because we do not have a direct flight to Zimbabwe and whenever passenger cargo is too much unaccompanied cargo is offloaded especially when they get to Addis or Dubai where they change to smaller planes when going to Zimbabwe. Delays can happen for several days and we have no control.
Part container load (LCL) (For people with not enough goods to fill a container) All size engines, household goods, building/mining/construction/agricultural machinery and equipment drums, boxes, suitcases etc. Rates are charged per CBM.
Full container load (FCL) 20ft or 40ft) For people with enough goods to fill a container Mostly for returning residents or those relocating to another country or large companies shipping container loads. You can load one vehicle or two depending on size of container and amount of household goods.
LCL is charged per CBM/ m3.

If you are ordering from different companies we will consolidate your parcels into one or two -three pallets depending on the amount of packages. We will do our best to make sure they are sufficiently packaged so that they can withstand the normal rigors of transportation including rain. Notify us if your goods are fragile or of high value.
You will be notified of the date the vessel will sail and expected date of arrival. In Harare. Allow 6 to 8 weeks from the date of sailing. We will track the vessel for you and update you when necessary.
