TRANSIT TIME:

7- 10 working days Allow 7-10 working days from the Friday of the week that your parcel leaves. Parcels with deadlines e.g weddings, school opening etc must be sent earlier. This is because we do not have a direct flight to Zimbabwe and we have no control over airline and customs delays.

COLLECTION

We do not personally collect but we use DPD Local Courier to assist you with collection if you are not able to deliver to us yourself. Please note there is very small Limited liability insurance with Dpd Local *
You may insure your goods yourself if you believe they are of high value.

Each box/package should not be more than 20kg for health and safety reasons. Penalties may apply with the courier.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Goods leave every Thursday
Cut off for dropping off parcels to us is Wednesday 2PM
Cut off for receiving parcels via courier of your choice is WEDNESDAY 5pm**
Latest day for DPD collection (our courier) is Tuesday to ensure we receive them by Wednesday cut off.

Please note DPD is an independent company. Coedma has no control over their operations. You are free to use your own courier.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Should the customer fail to pay for goods in full before they arrive at destination goods will be put on hold for a period of 30days after which the matter shall be handed over to our debt collectors or small claims court to recover costs without notice. During the 30 day period goods shall incur a storage charge of £10 in the first week and thereafter £2 per day until goods are collected. Storage charges shall be added to the claim.

Otherwise collections are Monday to Friday.

    Tv’s should either be in their original packaging or should be adequately packaged for export .Please insure your TV before shipping. Airline will not compensate for damages as they are classified as fragile items. Goods are not insured.
